Terms of Service

The service BQCO provides two personalised plans — the Personalised Supplement Biohack & Nutrition Plan (₹3,690) and the Complete Custom BQCO Life Enhancement Plan (₹6,999) — each a personalised, digital, educational planning document covering goal assessment, a review of your declared supplement inventory, food-first nutrition considerations, routine and sleep suggestions, and a 28-day self-observation plan.

What the service is not The service is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease; it does not prescribe medication or recommend discontinuing any prescription; it does not provide therapeutic protocols; and it does not assume that any symptom results from a nutrient deficiency. Nothing in your plan guarantees any outcome.

Ordering and delivery Each plan is a one-time prepaid digital service. Target delivery is within 8 hours (₹3,690 plan) or 24–48 hours (₹6,999 Life Enhancement Plan) after verified payment and complete questionnaire information, subject to required human review and these terms. Delivery is made to your account portal as a downloadable PDF.

Your responsibilities You confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, that label photographs are of products you actually use, and that you will keep your account credentials private.

Professional review Where a plan contains supplement recommendations requiring professional judgement, delivery occurs only after approval by an appropriately qualified reviewer working within their competence. If no verified reviewer is connected, the service is limited to a non-clinical educational plan and supplement-inventory review — no product-specific dosages are issued and no professional approval is implied.

Intellectual property The BQCO framework, UCCN conceptual material and all site content remain the property of BQCO. Your plan is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in the jurisdiction of our registered office have exclusive subject-matter competence, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
