Advertising & Compliance Safeguards
Scope of this page
This page summarises the advertising and product-communication safeguards built into the BQCO platform, structured around applicable Indian requirements for food supplements and nutraceuticals, including FSSAI-related expectations, the Consumer Protection Act framework and ASCI's code for supplement advertising.
No disease claims
We do not advertise any ordinary food supplement as a cure, treatment or prevention for a disease or medical condition, and we do not publish disease-related claims for any product unless an applicable legal authorisation permits that specific claim.
Claims discipline
Objectively verifiable health or performance claims require appropriate evidence and legal review before publication. We do not publish patient testimonials, fabricated before-and-after imagery, guaranteed outcomes or artificial scarcity. Campaign creatives are educational and lifestyle-support messages only.
Professional linkage
Technical health and nutrition advice on the platform is linked to appropriately qualified professionals, with their qualifications stated where required. Supplement recommendations requiring professional judgement are gated behind our professional-review workflow.
Product compliance
We do not launch supplement-product sales until the relevant food-business registration and product-compliance requirements for each item have been verified.
Enforcement
Site content, campaign creatives and plan templates are editable only through the admin console, and every published claim is reviewed against this policy. Report concerns to bqcolife@gmail.com
